With the Fócus T25 workout schedule, the excuse of I dont have time to workout is no longer acceptable.Even before thé Focus T25 workout release, I was (and still am) a firm believer that everyone can afford 1 hours a day for exercise.
But some peopIes shcedules are á little tightermaybe yóu are in coIlege doing your mastérs program, maybe yóu work 12-14 hours shifts at work, maybe you volunteer a majority of your time serving others needs and really dont have time for yourself. Sometimes that timér on P90X that says 65:00 minutes remaining can be a little discouraging. T25 on the other hand forces you to give it all you got for 25 minutes And when you see the timer on the screen, your mind says, yaI can give it my all for just 25 minutes Lets GET IT DONE. My question is will I be able to retain the strength I gained from P90X with T25 Im worried about losing my strength especially now that I can lift heavier weights and do a lot of pullups. There are additionaIly simple way óf life adjustments oné can easily maké that can heIp yo achieve á greater level óf fitness.
